Leticia started as Receptionist with Cleland Hancox Limited during 2012 which she has found very interesting. Leticia has now moved into our Tax Administrator and Bookkeeping role.She enjoys meeting and building relationships with clients of the practice.

Leticia spent seven years in the retail industry where she learnt skills that are required when dealing with the public. She has found these skills invaluable in her role. She left to attend WINTEC where she obtained her National Certificate in Business Administration and Computing Level 2, 3 and 4. When completing Level 4 she also received a Certificate in Excellence as she received merits in most of her subjects.
